Convenient location, 10-15 minute walk to Senado Square. Beds are firm, some may not like it. Helpful front desk staff and Filipina staff. Public bus stop right in front of the hotel. Mobile phone provided in each room with travel apps, useful for internet and international calls.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was comfy and big enough for 2 adults and 1 child. The staff were very helpful and could communicate in proper English. Check-in was a breeze. The bus stop located right outside the hotel made it easy to explore the city. We could easily walk to almost all tourist places. The location was also convenient to get to the casinos.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked that they provided all the basic amenities I needed. the rooms were clean and decently sized for Macau hotels. Another advantage was the key location of the hotel, as it was very close to all the sightseeing spots in the area. Additionally, there was a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super convenient for traveling around.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't like. there was no super direct shuttle from the airport, which would have been helpful to know beforehand.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. For such a reasonable price, you get basic amenities and comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. The staff are also very accommodating and helpful, particularly Steve who went out of his way to give us directions. One of the highlights was the included breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

While there were a few minor issues, overall our stay at this hotel was great.
